Temple students studying at Temple University Rome or Temple University, Japan Campus for the fall or spring may apply for this scholarship to help defray the costs of studying abroad. Several $1,000-$2,000 scholarships are awarded each semester. Non-Temple students may apply by completing the scholarship application and essay, available within the online program application. A financial aid letter from your home institution is also required.
To be eligible for these awards, applicants must be full-time, matriculated undergraduates; receive need-based financial aid; be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75; and enroll as a full-time student abroad at Temple University Rome or Temple University, Japan Campus. Preference for the scholarship is given to students attending non-PA state institutions in their state of permanent residence.
April 1 for the fall semester/academic year at Temple Japan or Temple Rome; October 1 for the spring semester at Temple Japan or Temple Rome.
