An introductory course in macroeconomics. Topics include business cycles, inflation, unemployment, banking, monetary and fiscal policy, international economics, and economic growth.

Temple students: Economics 1101 and 1102 may be taken in any order. Although this course may be usable towards graduation as a major requirement or university elective, it cannot be used to satisfy any of the university GenEd requirements. See your advisor for further information.
Pre-requisites:
Intermediate algebra (at Temple, MATH 0702) with a minimum grade of C-, or equivalent.
