The course will address both traditional and contemporary topics in the materials and techniques of drawing and painting.
This course includes an academic excursion outside of Rome. The exact location will be announced in the course schedule.

Open to visual arts students only who have successfully completed two drawing courses (at Temple, FDPR 1511 and either FDPR 1512 or VS 1151), with a minimum grade of C-. Students who do not the pre-requisites may consult with Education Abroad regarding potential eligibility for the course.
