The Foundation for Global Scholars offers four categories of scholarships valued at $2000 for U.S. and Canadian citizens to study abroad for the fall, spring or summer. The Foundation is committed to helping students who may otherwise be unable to have an affordable international experience. As such, priority is given to students who are from underrepresented populations in international education.
NOTICE: In effort to better serve more students with funding opportunities, The Foundation for Global Scholars will be restructuring its scholarship initiatives, including the proposed GRIT program, and all scholarships are on hold until further notice. Unfortunately this means applications will not be accepted for 2016; however, there will be new and exciting opportunities in the future. Please visit their website to receive further updates.
