Description: 

Established in honor of Lew Klein, by H.F. “Gerry,” Marguerite Lenfest, and Walter and Leonore Annenberg through the Annenberg Foundation. Funding applies to an internship or internship program, independent study project or international study and can be applied to Temple programs only. The award amount varies; however, students are encouraged to review the requirements directly with the Klein College of Media and Communication

Eligibility Requirements: 

Open to Temple University Klein College of Media and Communication students for their sophomore, junior or senior year. A 3.0 GPA and financial need are required. Students are only eligible to receive the Lew Klein Excellence in the Media Scholarship once during their academic career. Funding can be applied to Temple programs only.

Deadline: 

Typically there are two application cycles each year, with one in the spring and one in the fall. Deadlines vary based on the date the scholarship opens. You can apply for this scholarship at https://temple.academicworks.com/.
