Program Costs

Global Temple Conference

Temple University announces tuition rates for any given academic year (fall, spring and summer semesters) in the summer preceding the start of the academic year. The estimated cost sheet for the program will be posted after the tuition rates are announced and the confirm cost sheet, which would included the confirmed amount for the Spain Program Fee, is updated as soon as possible after the October 1st program application deadline and deposit deadlines.

Deposits, payment policies and financial aid

Upon admission to the Spain program, you must confirm admission with a non-refundable deposit of $200 within two weeks of acceptance to the program. If you choose Temple-arranged housing (which is required), a non-refundable housing deposit of $200 is also required. Both deposits will be credited to your account.

Temple University generates a bill for all program charges. Bills are typically issued in November for the spring semester. Due dates for payment are usually within one month of the bill issue date. Financial aid vouchers and/or award letters are the only exceptions to this policy. If you are awarded financial aid, you must present evidence of such awards according to the procedure outlined in the Financial Aid section of our web site.

More information and all payment due dates appear in the pre-departure information provided to you after acceptance.

Scholarships

When applying to the program, Temple students may be eligible to apply for a Temple University Education Abroad Scholarship, while non-Temple students may be eligible for the Non-Temple Student Scholarship. The application deadline for the scholarships is October 1.
