Temple Study Abroad Application System Upgrade

The newly upgraded study abroad application portal is now available, and the access URL has changed. Please change your bookmark to:https://mytuabroad.temple.edu/index.cfm?FuseAction=Security.LoginWizardStepOne

Please be advised that on Wednesday and Thursday, 3/14-3/15, our office will be upgrading our application software. The application system will be unavailable during this time.

Students: If your application is currently in progress at the time of the upgrade, your information will be saved, and you will be able to complete your application when the portal returns online. If a deadline for your program falls on 3/14 or 3/15, and you are unable to submit your materials in advance of the upgrade, you will be allowed to submit your materials by Friday, 3/16.

Faculty: You will not be able to submit recommendations during this time. Please submit your recommendation either before or after the upgrade is complete.

The newly upgraded study abroad application portal is now available, and the access URL has changed. Please change your bookmark to:https://mytuabroad.temple.edu/index.cfm?FuseAction=Security.LoginWizardStepOne. If a deadline for your program fell on 3/14 or 3/15 when you were unable to access the system, you will be permitted to submit your materials until Monday, 3/19. Please be aware that the process to login to the system is still quite slow, and you may need to allow extra time for your initial login. You may also find that you are unable to access some linked documents posted within your program home page. We are aware of this issue and updating the links manually, so we appreciate your patience.

If you encounter any issues in the updated application system, we encourage you to submit a description of the issue via our Study Abroad Application System Upgrade Issue Resolution Form, or if you have any questions, please contact the Education Abroad office at study.abroad@temple.edu or 215-204-0720.

***UPDATE, MARCH 19th 4:25pm EDT***

We are experiencing an additional technical issue with the online payment processing related to our system upgrade and therefore cannot accept program or housing deposits via your online portal at this time. You may submit deposits to our office by check made payable to Temple University. If you prefer to pay online, we will notify you as soon as the online payment processing is available again. If your deadline has passed or is about to pass, please be prepared to submit your outstanding deposit(s) as soon as the payment processing becomes available. We are working as quickly as possible to rectify the issue. Thank you for your patience. Testing for this issue will conclude on Wednesday, March 21st at which time we will post another status update and will notify applicants if they are able to once again access the portal to submit program or housing deposits online.

We have resolved the technical issue with the online payment processing related to our system upgrade and can now accept program and housing deposits via your online portal. You should submit outstanding deposit(s) as soon as possible now that the payment processing feature is available. Thank you for your patience during our system upgrade.
