This course covers polynomial, rational and algebraic expressions, equations and inequalities. It also includes some topics in graphing, an introduction to the concept of a function, and a brief introduction to the exponential and logarithmic functions. NOTE: This course can be used to satisfy the university Core Quantitative Reasoning A (QA) requirement. Although it may be usable towards graduation as a major requirement or university elective, it cannot be used to satisfy any of the university GenEd requirements.
