I'm Arissa (she/her) and I studied abroad second semester of my sophomore year at Temple Rome.

While abroad, I discovered that I wanted to focus on public policy and legislation as well as global developments after taking a course with one of my best professors in my educational career.

Others should study abroad because it allowed me to push myself outside of my comfort zone by immersing myself into a new culture and figuring out what that looks like in my day-to-day life. If it was not for study abroad, I would not have been able to discover new things about myself and the world around me. Every day I am grateful for my experience at Temple Rome campus!
