Suzanne joined us last week as our Communications and Outreach Manager, and will focus primarily on internal (Temple) outreach, marketing and communications for study abroad. Among other tasks, her responsibilities include managing our website and social media, overseeing outreach and events on campus, and updating our publications.
Suzanne received her undergraduate degree in Studio Art from the University of Pittsburgh, and worked for several years as a professional event marketing manager and graphic designer before enrolling in the graduate program in Art History here at Temple. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy as an undergraduate and attended the Graduate Seminar in Aesthetics and Cultural Studies at Temple University Rome as a master’s student. Suzanne is now a PhD candidate working on her dissertation in renaissance art history and returns to Italy as often as possible. She has previously taught art history courses at Tyler and the University of the Arts. We were lucky enough to steal her away from Temple’s Teaching and Learning Center, where she worked as the Graphic Designer and Event Manager.
