Temple University's Global Green Grant program funds student climate action and research while studying abroad. CANIE's Amy Marcus sat down with Temple University Education Abroad and Overseas Campuses Assistant Director for Institutional Relations Sarah Short Hutyra and Global Green Grant recipients to discuss the program, how it works, the challenges they faced and advice they have for students looking to take climate action while abroad. 

The Global Green Grant recipients are Julie Cleaver (Temple Rome, Fall 2023), Ezekiel Cartwright (Temple Rome, Spring 2024), and Katie Chin (Temple Japan, Spring 2024).
