We often think about sexuality in terms of the physical and reproductive aspects of sex. But our sexuality is complex and dynamic. We will address this dynamic complexity as we explore the biological, psychological, relational, and cultural aspects of sexuality. The goal of this course is to broaden your perspective of human sexuality, and deepen your understanding and awareness of your own sexuality. NOTE: This course fulfills the Human Behavior (GB) requirement for students under GenEd and Individual & Society (IN) for students under Core. Students cannot receive credit for this course if they have successfully completed any of the following: GSWS 0818, SOC 0818/0918, PSY 0918.

Temple Rome Course Section: Explore scientifically grounded knowledge about relationships, identity, sexual health, consent, gender diversity, and digital intimacy. Develop skills to critically evaluate sexuality-related information, understand contemporary debates, and navigate relationships with greater communication, inclusivity, empathy, and cultural awareness.
