The America-Italy Society of Philadelphia (AIS-Phila) has opened applications for the 2026 America-Italy Society of Philadelphia Scholarships for Study Abroad in Italy, supporting undergraduate students from colleges and universities in the Greater Philadelphia region who plan to study in Italy during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Through the 2026 Scholarships for Study Abroad in Italy, up to four scholarships of $2,500 will be awarded to students who demonstrate academic achievement and a strong interest in Italian language and culture. The scholarships help offset the cost of study abroad while encouraging deeper engagement with Italy’s language and culture.
Eligibility Requirements
- Undergraduate enrollment at a Greater Philadelphia area college or university
- Participation in a study abroad program in Italy during the 2026–2027 academic year
- Completion of at least two Italian language courses
Students should submit application materials as a single PDF via email to info@aisphila.org with the subject line: “AIS-Phila Scholarship for Study Abroad – 2026 Application.”
