Hi, I'm Sadiyah (she/her) and I studied abroad in Peru through Latin American Study Semester in Spring 2025 and the Temple Summer in Ghana African Urban Hip Hop program in Summer 2025.

My favorite memory is going to one of the seven wonders of the world in Peru, the Machu Picchu. In my time researching Peru, I would always see pictures of it and was excited to go. However, none of the pictures compared to the real thing. The view was amazing, and seeing this creation was mind-blowing because humans created this structure. Just reminds me of how we can do anything.
