Campuses
The University of Oviedo is divided into schools and colleges of academic focus, called "faculties." These faculties are grouped into separate campuses within the University of Oviedo. The University of Oviedo has seven campuses throughout Oviedo and in the nearby cities of Gijón and Mieres. Casa de las Lenguas and Humanities Campus (El Milan) in Oviedo
Students in the language immersion program take their courses at Casa.
Computer Science Campus (LLamaquique) in Oviedo
Students taking computer science classes in Oviedo will take their major courses at this campus.
Economics and Business Campus (El Cristo Campus) in Oviedo
Students taking business or economics courses will attend classes on this campus.
Computer Science and Engineering in Gijon
Just a 30-40 minute bus ride from Oviedo, Gijon is host to UniOvi's faculty of Engineering and Computer Science. Electrical engineering students will take their degree courses here.
Student Housing
Residence Halls
In Oviedo, students in the regular academic program can choose to live in a student residence hall. The residence halls provide a private (or semi-private) bedroom and bathroom, a student dining room, study areas, game rooms, laundry facilities, as well as shared microwaves, toasters and kettles. Student activities are posted on the common space billboards. The student rooms and linens are professionally cleaned by staff weekly.

Oviedo
Oviedo is a lively, modern town in Asturias that is rich with history and culture, including restaurants, museums, festivals, significant historical sites, museums, old town centers, and plenty of street art. There is so much to do in Oviedo! It's also close to the beach in nearby Gijon and to the beautiful mountains overlooking the city to the south. Whether you enjoy city living or prefer to escape into nature (or a bit of both), there's something for you in this Asturian gem.

Gijón
Located on the northwestern coast of Spain, in Gijón you can visit the beach, explore a number of historical sites, participate in festivals and other events, and so much more. Learn more about what Gijon has to offer.
Gijon is also host to one of the University of Oviedo campuses (see photos of that campus above).
Madrid
The Temple in Spain program begins with a program orientation in Madrid before heading to Oviedo to begin classes.
Picos de Europa
This famous mountain range rises above Oviedo, just south of the city, providing beautiful views from the campus and dorms. Program participants take an excursion up the mountain each term--a highlight of the program.
