Slow-Food Documentary Screening

Screening of Stefano Sardo's documentary SLOW FOOD STORY, a revolutionary anti-fast food resistance movement started in Italy by Carlo Petrini. Panel discussion moderated by Dr. Marissa Cloutier, RD and assistant professor, to follow screening. This event is co-sponsored by The Rad Dish, Temple Community Garden and Slow Food Philly.

Join us for a Food Truck Festa! There will be on campus food trucks and a diverse line up of alumni-owned food trucks at the Bell Tower, with many highlighting Italian dishes. Hooter Owl will be ready to take photos with you at the Coliseum!

Join the Fox School of Business and P.I. Philly for a night of networking and food tastings from the Lazio region, home to Temple Rome for 50 years. There will be a special presentation on the book project, “3,000 Years in the Making: The story of Jews in Rome”, presented by Kayla Karp, FOX '17 and Temple Rome alumna, that will highlight the cultural traditions of Jews in Rome and include a sampling of fried artichokes and other delicacies.
