Temple University, Japan Campus, also known as TUJ, offers you the opportunity to study abroad in Tokyo during the summer, or for a semester or the full academic year. As a participant in the fall, spring or 10-week summer semester, you will study alongside degree-seeking Japanese students, who comprise 40 percent of undergraduates, as well as international students from about 60 countries all around the world. With such a diverse student body, you can expect a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives on current global issues, international relations, and aspects of traditional and popular culture. Outside of the classroom, we hope that you will continue this exchange by participating in the many social activities organized each semester. We also hope that you will take advantage of the full schedule of outings, events and workshops that expose you to new locations and various aspects of life in Tokyo and throughout Japan.
